Matching Pair Of Victorian Burl & Burr Walnut Chessboard Tripod Base Side Tables
Wimbledon-Furniture is delighted to offer for sale this pair of very rare original mid Victorian circa 1860 folding chessboard tables in Burl walnut and Mahogany. I have never seen a folding tripod chess table before like this and to come in a pair is hard to believe. These are very fine, the bases hand carved and very ornate, the tops are Burl walnut and absolutely stunning.
We have cleaned waxed and polished them from top to bottom, there will be normal patina marks all over from genuine honest age and use. Width:- 61cm folded 19cm.

This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses SW19-3BE, we can have it delivered nationwide to include Scotland Wales and Ireland.
