Pretty Georgian mahogany bedroom bedside cabinet night table 1800
This is a pretty bedside cabinet. The cabinet is Georgian dating to around 1800.
They, like all Georgian cabinet furniture, are very demure and understated and yet are at the same time very elegant. The quality is in the detail. The cabinet is made in solid mahogany. It has three tiers with a drawer edged in boxwood and a wonderfully shaped bottom tier. The bedside is in antique condition.
Good joints, no worm, crack in top of central tier - see photo - not structurally significant. This bedside cabinet will look very good in a bedroom furnished in antiques or mahogany.The cabinet is in good condition. There is a crack running across the middle shelf.
