This a beautiful BAKER Stately Homes Mahogany Round Tilt top table. It is in excellent condition considering it's age though there are some blemishes on the top.

The rails on the circumference of the top are in mint condition and the tilt mechanism works easily and perfectly. The claw and ball feet are in superb shape and the brass casters work well.

I have no reason to doubt the story and it adds a little fun to the history. This piece stands on its own however whether it came from the Waldorf or not and will make an elegant addition to anyone's home.

I have recently moved into a much smaller home and I reluctantly need to downsize. I won't be too sad if the piece doesn't sell right away as I think it is gorgeous and I love Baker Stately Homes furniture.
