Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this lovely circa 1860 Victorian fold over card table with Thomas Chippendale Cluster Column legs. A good looking well made and decorative piece. It's based on an original Thomas Chippendale console table that doubles up as a card or games table. The cluster column leg is synonymous with some of his finest and most ornate works.Condition wise we have deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom, it has the original finish which has various scratches and marks all over, there has been a new piece of timber spliced in around one of the hinges. Height:- 75cm, when unfolded the height is 73cm.
