Chippendale Style Mahogany Drop Leaf Table. This well-cared for piece would make a magnificent addition to any room. When fully extended, this table measures 30"x61"x42. With the drop sides down, it measures 30"x23.5"x42. The rectangular top with conforming dual drop leaves, on six cabriole legs ending in carved claw and ball feet including two of the legs with a gate action to support the leaves in extended form, the underside with an indistinct label. This elegant six leg drop leaf table is inspired in design by eighteenth century Georgian furniture which is often associated with Thomas Chippendale. Documented in the photos are two small imperfections on the table surface, both at the same edge of the leaf.
