A good looking well made and decorative piece of furniture, every part of the piece shows some kind of carving, this looks like art furniture to me, the insides are satinwood lined, the table comes with the original velvet hanging bag for fabric, its a really good honest piece. We have lightly restored the table to include a deep cleaned hand condition wax and hand polish, being 150+ years old it will have patina marks and old repairs, all good signs of genuine age and honest use. Please have a closer look at the pictures because they form part of the description. Antique and vintage/used items will show signs of wear which form part of their character. All our items are cleaned thoroughly, then a coat of wax is applied to revive the leather/wood and finally hand polished.
