Vintage Rattan Octagonal Dining Table, Very RARE! Chippendale, USHIP delivery
Absolutely gorgeous and unique vintage table made in the Philippines. This mid century work of art features chippendale fretwork and a rising sun design around the top.
In excellent condition, thoroughly cleaned and treated with a light coat of boiled linseed oil to protect the rattan. All rattan is complete and intact.
There are vintage rattan dining tables for sale, mostly just a frame and/or rattan support legs. When they have a design on the top they are special and unusual, but when they're this large with all the gorgeous and unique craftsmanship this one displays they are very RARE, few and far between. Never seen another one like it!
Original owners brought it over from the Philippines in the 1990s and used it as a Mah Jong table for special occasions in their game room. Custom octagonal glass top is currently being made, and is included in the listing price. Dimensions: 72"length x 40"width x32height.
